Volunteer Recruitment & Training |
The objectives of the Volunteer Recruitment & Training Sub Committee are to ensure that there are adequate properly trained volunteers to carry out the activities of Sikh Welfare Council. This will be achieved through:
• Working with Institutions to build a pool of regular volunteers.
• Holding workshops and recruitment drives during major activities.
• Sourcing for and arranging suitable training programs for volunteers, staff and committee members (both for new volunteers and refresher training for existing volunteers).
• Ensuring adequate recognition of Volunteer Services and their publicity. |
